responsibilities
we undertake as HR Consultant are:
- Advise
management on the drafting, revising and implementing of HR policies and
procedures, HR Manuals which shall be in tune with various labour laws. - Draft &
implement of all legal documents required from job application form till
separation of an employee. - Serve as an internal
consultant by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommends appropriate
solutions. - Conduct
small and effective training sessions on e-mail & telephone etiquettes,
presentation skills, how to conduct interviews & appraisals, how to deal
with difficult people, and so on as per customer requirements. - Assist in
developing Performance Management System (PMS) based on KRA & KPI in which
the employee can evaluate his/her performance on periodical basis. - Provide
direction & guidance for personal aspirations, career management &
building personal & professional relationships with friends, families,
seniors & customers with the help of handwriting analysis.
